My Omarchy doesn't run as fast as it runs on charging.

I am on a laptop, and my Omarchy runs smoothly while plugged in but doesn't work the same when on battery power. Even tho I select the performance power plan. Any Idea why this is?

And I've been using it for 5 - 6 months now. Ignore the OS age. I reinstalled it.
