10x slow kernel startup time after 3.1 update

What's wrong?

graphical.target reached after 2.481s in userspace.

Kernel normally takes maximum 3-4 seconds. I don't know if it's related to kernel update or omarchy 3.1 update.

I have found that hitting enter when the kernel load screen comes fixes the issue. after I unlock the computer from disk encryption the system waits for me to use enter. and this seems to be not an issue with the kernel I have tried it with older kernel versions and it still asked me to press enter. I believe this issue is related to omarchy update is there any change in 3.1 that is related to this? can this be bumped?
