Deploying a service manually

Hi,
I'm using Kamal Proxy with Kamal 2 to deploy my web apps, and everything works well.
In the same VPS I have a service (Umami in particular) that is up and running with Docker compose and I want Kamal proxy to serve it.
I use the command:
kamal-proxy deploy umami --target umami-app:3000 --host umami.example.com --tls

The service is inside the same network of Kamal proxy:
networks:
kamal-private:
name: kamal
external: true

I'm not able to serve it, I got this errors:

{"time":"2025-04-14T11:26:02.329821756Z","level":"INFO","msg":"Healthcheck failed","error":"Unexpected status (404)"}

The strange is that the umami service is reported as healthy.
Any hint ?
