'next' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

    npm install
    npm install react react-dom next

Start json-server to serve a json file in the root of your project

    npx json-server -w db.json -p 3500 -H 127.0.0.1

ClassName with Quotes instead of Curly Braces in WebStorm

Change Add for JSX attributes: value in Settings | Editor | Code Style | HTML | Other to Quotes
