Improve documentation (LSA purpose, tutorials, API)

Addressing a Problem?

Some part of the documentation could be improved. Here are is a list of doc-related issues that need to be addressed:

• The concept of Land Suitatbility Analysis should be introduced to users, likewise the purpose of LSAPy.
• The lsapy.stats and lsapy.standardize modules should be added to the API (Update API documentation #96)
• Regarding tutorials (More comprehensive tutorials #77):
  • A tutorial about the stats should be added.
  • The current tutorial are a bit short and should better describe LSAPy pacakge
  • A tutorial explaining the different aggregation methods would be useful
