Node attributes

Hi,

This is a great repository and amazing resource.

I was just wondering if the graphml files also contain node attributes (such as gender), as is this mainly the edge data in the repository?

Dear Matthew,
Thank you for the kind words and your interest in our work!

Node attributes were not provided in most of the network datasets we collated, even if the original study collected them. We do have plans to go back to the original studies and infer some node attribute information to make the data richer, but this may take some time.
