Some color emojis don't work

For example, this flag emoji 🇦🇩, is rendered as follows:

Is there a patch to fix this? dmenu also suffers from the same issue.

I believe this would depend on it being implemented in the Xft library. I know that Kitty can render them, not sure of the underlying implementation though.

One possible solution is to replace Xft (as a separate patch). Pango and Cairo will render these glyphs properly. I've rewritten libdrw to do exactly this, and I did attempt to port it to st at one point, ultimately failing because I don't know st well enough.

If anyone's interested in doing this however, feel free to use dmenu-pango-cairo and primitive.hpp as a start.
