Add Data Transfer API to API Collection

Describe the bug
Currently, the Data Transfer API is not available in the existing API collection.
To ensure complete API coverage and better usability for developers and QA teams, the Data Transfer API should be added to the API collection.

Expected Result:

Developers and testers can easily access and test the Data Transfer APIs.
