ATISPlugin does not seem to replace the built-in vatSys ATIS

Hi, I am trying to use ATISPlugin to configure multiple ATIS connections for my sector, but I am not sure if I have installed or configured it correctly.
According to the README, this plugin should support up to four ATIS connections in vatSys. However, after placing the plugin in an ATISPlugin folder, vatSys still appears to use its built-in ATIS functionality instead of the plugin.

It's currently only set up to work in selected divisions. What division are you wanting to add it to and I'll update the code for you.
