Hi, I'm trying to run dcHiC at 10Kb resolution with several replicates and conditions.
The pipeline crashes in the first step, when processing the last condition. The problem I'm facing is that the .bk files being generated and stored in /tmp/ are collapsing this partition (working on HPC, I can't modify the space allocation). Is there any possibility to specify a diferent /tmp/ folder location? Alternatively, what are the .bk files used for? I have observed that once the run finishes, these files are flushed. Can I remove them manually while the pipeline is running, or will removing them cause disturbances to the run?
Thanks beforehand,
Jordi
