[BUG] Windows files associations disable

Subj set a lot of file assoc without prompt or ability to disable this assocs in install process. After install there is no option to disable assocs too. Even after uninstall there are junks in HKCR f.e. .aeroftp, aeroftp-keystore and .aeroftp-script. And Explorer FileExts .aeroftp too.

Thanks for naming the exact keys. That found it, and the cause was the opposite of what it looks like: the uninstaller was not failing to delete them, it was creating them. Our cleanup ran before the installer framework's own association step and removed a backup value that step reads, so it read nothing and wrote that nothing back, recreating .aeroftp and its siblings as empty shells.

Fixed by moving the cleanup after that step. The five .aero* keys and the Explorer FileExts entries now both go on uninstall, along with some empty containers of ours you did not mention. Measured, not assumed: after a normal uninstall on Windows 11, a search for aero* returns zero matches in HKCU, HKLM and HKCR.

One deliberate exception: the sweep is skipped during upgrades, since FileExts also holds defaults you picked by hand.

On the opt-out, straight answer: not right now. AeroFTP never takes the default handler for types like .zip, it only adds itself to "Open with" plus its own context-menu entries, so with the residue gone what is left is visibility in a menu. A setup checkbox would mean taking over the installer's whole template, so the design is written up and parked rather than half done. If the context-menu entries are the real annoyance, say so and I will start there.

This is fixed on main and ships in v4.1.6. Once that release is out, check it whenever you have time, no hurry. I am leaving this open until you confirm.
