Nail down naming rules for names, functions, and tables (and sheets!). Test GSheets and Libre Calc while at it.

I simply need to be more methodical about naming rules. Will test them more thoroughly.

Need to verify whether naming rules are affected by locale. (Edit: They are for functions to an untested extent)

DONE Need to verify whether naming rules vary from in-sheet rules for the VBA-like environments across all three platforms
- Excel allows . in UDF through use of module -> function heirarchy. Excel UDF through VBA have been thoroughly tested.
- LibreOffice Calc does not allow referencing UDF through the modules found in LibreOffice Basic (VBA analogue). They must be referenced directly. UDF through LibreOffice Basic have been thoroughly tested.
- Google Sheets apps script does not have modules like Libre or Excel. UDF in apps script follow Javascript rules.

was about to say that naming rules aren't affected by locale, but then remembered some function names change between region settings. Functions may even be added between languages, will need some way to handle this.

If we are no longer attempting to assemble all the variants back into one super-set of spreadsheet behavior, I bet there's a lot of simplification to be gained by abandoning things like table_google in favor of just table_name and Google Sheets Formula just sets a new regex for table_name with the appropriate match.

I totally agree, but let's make that a near future TODO. For now, while I'm still working on improving the rules and inserting entirely new patterns that may need to use patterns already defined, it helps immensely to have them all in one place.
