Is there a way to create an object in S3 from stream buffer

Is there a way to create an object from multiple buffer uploads to S3?
For example, let's say I have an application that generates an audio file.
Locally I can just write to a file and upload it to s3 but I want to add directly to s3 without creating any file.
In conclusion, I want to append buffers to the S3 object.
I know that I can upload parts of the file to S3 using a multipart upload but how to upload directly to s3

I think this stackoverflow question is what you are trying to do, which should work. As mentioned in your other question just make sure to use AWS::IOStream
