Sometimes old chats are not restored into chat window

But plugin doesn't reload all previously opened tabs; in my case it reload an old closed tab,but don't see tabs that was opened before update.
I had to get in my %USER%/.aws/amazonq/history the most recent chat file and copy its historyId then make a copy of my previous history-file,rename with copied historyId and old historyId with new one in its content.

This still happens: not as per regular basis, but happens.
Logs are clean,
