Is it possible to define additional tags to deployed infrastructure? #625

I see documentation about tags here: https://aws.github.io/amazon-genomics-cli/docs/concepts/namespaces/#tags
But I really want to be able to specify my own tag for deployed resources. For example Key="project-number" Value=<project-number>
