Problem Description

1. Steps to reproduce: I try to connect aws documentDB from Tableau Desktop

• Download Document DB JDBC Driver, install Amazon Document DB Connector on Tableau then I put all the information to connect Document DB

   There was a problem while running the connector plugin. Reinstall the plugin or contact the plugin provider.

@tlinhngo - You may want to try to disable (uncheck) the "SSH Strict Host Key Check". There is some documentation on how to ensure you have validly known host name file.

I used the latest TACO file and not the default from Tableau. This solved the problem.

Download the DocumentDB Tableau connector (a TACO file) and copy it to your My Tableau Repository/Connectors directory.

Windows: C:\Users\[user]\Documents\My Tableau Repository\Connectors
Mac: /Users/[user]/Documents/My Tableau Repository/Connectors
