Feature request: support statistics gathering

D10 supports gathering additional stats from worker machines like vCPU usage, memory usage, etc: https://docs.thinkboxsoftware.com/products/deadline/10.4/1_User%20Manual/manual/statistics.html

We could add a feature to the worker agent to emit similar metrics. We could log the metrics with CloudWatch's embedded metrics format and they'd appear in the account's CloudWatch metrics. It should be opt in this these metrics could have additional cost.
