Gifs from https://i.redd.it fail to play.
Ex. https://i.redd.it/avciwqgatry31.gif

Reproduction steps:

1. Go /r/gifs
2. Find a gif hosted on i.reddit.it
3. Beam opens the gif but the screen is black
