Small idea: show a subtle “inbox is empty” empty state illustration or message

Quick UX thought: when a new inbox has no messages yet, a short friendly empty state (“Waiting for the first email…”) might feel a bit nicer than a completely blank list.

Nothing fancy needed — just a one-liner and maybe a tiny icon. Purely cosmetic, low priority.
