It might be useful to have a short note in the README (or the dashboard docs) explaining what happens when every configured provider hits a rate limit / error at the same time.
Something like:
If all providers return errors or rate-limit responses, ERouter will surface the last error to the client after the RTK cycle completes. You can watch the dashboard for the exact sequence.
Very low priority — just capturing it while the behavior is fresh in my head.
