Idea: show last successful provider in the dashboard request log

Small UX idea while checking the request history today ✨

It could be useful if each logged request (or at least the failed-then-fallback ones) showed which provider finally succeeded.

Makes it easier to spot patterns like “primary is flaky but secondary always saves the day” without digging into full logs.

Very optional, low priority — just capturing the thought while it’s fresh 😊

No rush.

Still thinking this would be useful for debugging fallback behavior.

Seeing which provider actually answered the last few requests makes it much easier to confirm that auto-fallback is working as expected — especially after changing provider order.

Low priority for now, but worth keeping on the radar 👍
