Idea: optional health-check endpoint for monitoring

Quick thought while looking at production-ish setups ✨

It could be useful to have a lightweight /health (or /v1/health) endpoint that just returns status + maybe which providers are currently considered healthy.

Would make it easier to plug into simple uptime monitors or k8s probes without hitting the full chat endpoint.

Very optional, low priority — just capturing the idea while it’s fresh 😊

Nice idea 💡

A lightweight /health (or /v1/health) that just returns 200 + a short JSON status would make it easy to plug into UptimeRobot / Better Stack / k8s probes without touching the main chat endpoint.

Could also optionally include a quick “providers configured: N” count so we know the config loaded correctly. Keeping it simple is probably best for v1 though.
