Apple Music permissions are not working after update to MacOS Tahoe 26.5

After updating my macbook to Tahoe 26.5 and restarted the computer I'm getting this message

Once I open the settings window, I choose Apple Music, then press "Give Apple Music Permissions" and it doesn't do anything, after that I press Next and Spotify windows appears:

I don't know if the update broke something with the permissions.
