Description

Add Carla docker compose demo script for users to easily run Autoware with Carla.

Purpose

Adds a quick start demo to run Autoware with Carla

Possible approaches

Implement a docker compose file under https://github.com/autowarefoundation/autoware/tree/main/docker/examples/demos for Carla simulation demo. I will also make updates on autoware_carla_interface if necessary.

Definition of done

• Make improvements on autoware_carla_interface
• Implement docker-compose.yaml for Carla demo
