Cross-Seed Search: Cant manually select filtered indexers

Description

When downloading content that qui thinks is a movie, an indexer that doesn't allow TV content e.g PTP will not be automatically selected, which is great in most cases. However, if the content you are trying to cross-seed is actually a movie, you cant cross-seed to the movie-only indexers via a manual search.

This is a frequent problem for Movies that are TV Specials that may be in your sonarr category and imported as a special. Anime releases often run into this with how many specials there are too. Switching category to Radarr does help, however this causes your content to be rermoved from sonarr, incorrectly imported into radarr, and then sent back to sonarr again afterwards which is a pain and also breaks your watch history in Jellyfin. This can also happen to content without any arr categories though.

It would be nice if you could still see filtered indexers under the manual indexer search, just have them greyed out or something so users who dont want to use them dont have to.
