Add per day statistics to the dashboard

It'd be nice to be able to know how much I've uploaded per day per torrent. I.e. Torrent1 Uploaded 5 MB on 2026-08-16. Torrent1 Uploaded 2GB on 2026-08-17...

I think we might need a whole new "Statistics" page. Because the dashboard is starting to be really cluttered. (See my discussion about this : #2352)

A dashboard is supposed to be a quick overall overview of information.
