Add option to turn off appended folder & filenames

The option to turn off appended folder and filenames would be a useful feature to prevent certain features from working like fclones reestablishing hardlinks. Ideally default in certain modes like seperating by tracker as there would be no conflict in that scenario

1. Option to turn off appended folders and filenames
2. Ideally it would be possible to revert any appended filenames but if not some kind of method to highlight those with appended folders & filenames so we can remove from qbit and rescan to replace with proper naming
