chore(deps): bump @auth0/auth0-spa-js minimum version to ^2.24.1 (#1182)

Bumps the minimum required version of `@auth0/auth0-spa-js` in
`package.json` from `^2.23.0` to `^2.24.1` to ensure consumers get the
fixes shipped in `2.24.1`:

- fix: converge MRRT cache to single RT on concurrent refresh
- fix: remove singlePromise from getTokenSilently to respect `cacheMode:
'off'`
