nc.analysis.stationarity-flagged recordings emit a StationarityWarning but the statistic still runs. Rationale: warning != hard block because a user may have valid reasons to proceed on a flagged-non-stationary epoch. The policy is currently undocumented.
Action: document the warn-and-proceed policy explicitly (suggest docs/inference.md or a stationarity section), including how to suppress and when proceeding is defensible.
