[Feature Request] Glass Effeect in Dynamic Blur

Hi @MeguMario, I am wondering if you are gonna try to add the glass effect you made in Static Blur pipelines to Dynamic Blur.

Well, to clear things up, I'm not the one behind the liquid glass effect and works has made to bring static blur pipelines to dynamic blur as well (also not me), but that is going to take a while so I suggest you wait for a while longer.

All in due time, it is planned, but we can't promise whether it's going to be soon as it's very complex, and there's a lot of other bugs so we're trying to make the extension stable before extending it further. Also please don't ping people, we read all the issues.

I'm waiting for @krissedout as he's the one mainly doing the work on adding pipelines on dynamic blur, but I'm also gonna start working on porting the new shader from LiquidAss 0.1.0b as that implements maaany new things
