A good starting point of courses that could be easy to part are the introductory courses of Julia Academy

Thanks for the suggestion! I've actually been looking at the Julia Academy courses as well. They're excellent material for this, indeed.
I'm planning to port some of those introductory courses, but it'll take some time to adapt the content into the interactive Swirl format and test everything properly. I want to make sure the quality is good before adding more courses.
In the meantime, the current "Julia Basics" course should help folks get started. If you (or anyone else) would like to help port specific Julia Academy courses/lessons, I'd be happy to collaborate on that!

I'll keep this issue open as a tracker for adding more courses from Julia Academy.
