I recently came across this package and am really grateful that someone has written a package for analyzing gcamp data in R! However, it seems that most of the functions are written for analysis between trials. Is there anyway to extract data from multiple timepoints across a single trial? I would like to collect data from whenever the animals performs a certain behavior.
