No 5G connection, no way to change frequency

I have everything form disabling 5g in my router and connect with the wifi adapter using rtl8812au that failed because he constantly tried to connect with 2.4g over setting the frequency manual, set the regulation domain, etc. etc.

my phone can connect to 5g when I disable at my router, wifi not.
