Hi — I'd like to suggest adding ValiChord to this collection, but wanted to check where it fits before submitting a PR.

ValiChord is an open-source distributed infrastructure for computational reproducibility validation, built on Holochain. It provides cryptographic pre-registration, a blind commit-reveal protocol for independent validators, and permanent tamper-proof Harmony Records. The core infrastructure is built and integration-tested (57 passing tests, real multi-node network).
