[Bug] URL Error (from GET): <urlopen error [Errno 111] Connection refused>

Describe the bug

I download the S1A file by the .py file provided by ASF vertex, it encountered an error:

URL Error (from GET): <urlopen error [Errno 111] Connection refused>, [Errno 111] Connection refused, https://sentinel1-burst.asf.alaska.edu/S1A_IW_SLC__1SDV_20241208T191816_20241208T191844_056905_06FD24_7557/IW1/VV/8.xml

I have no idea what to do since this could work before, thanks in advance for your help!
