Add missing @emnapi lockfile entries required by npm ci

@napi-rs/wasm-runtime declares @emnapi/core and @emnapi/runtime as
peer dependencies, but the lockfile had no top-level entries for
them, so npm ci failed on CI. Regenerated with npm 10.

Note: npm 11.6.2 on Windows strips these entries again on a plain
npm install; do not commit that removal.
