Gravity.Top does not display when FLAG_LAYOUT_NO_LIMITS is set

In case of application with no actionBar, we should set the FLAG_LAYOUT_NO_LIMITS to remove the black bar on the phones with a notch. but in this case, the FlashBar is displayed like this:

I actually solve the issue. @aritraroy would u please have a look?
