What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. sudo pacbuilder --builddeps --keepdeps --verbose --deplist --install gcc
2. Build fails due to needing de_DE locale.
3. Add locale, restart with the same pacbuilder command, see that the gcc
source archives are all downloaded again.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pacbuilder should reuse files that it previously downloaded.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pacbuilder-svn 135-1 from AUR on arch linux.
