Weird requirements download bug.

Describe the bug
I have have found a very weird and interesting bug, every time it finished downloading most for the Nvidia version. It dint ask me to restart when everything was green and when I pressed the install button again, it cannot install the last requirement, called "k_diffusion". Whenever I un-tick the "enforce versions" this requirement disappears and the list box is empty, I can then proceed and the program seems to work normally, but this window always re-appears whenever I restart or re-launch the app.

EDIT: Now the requirement changed from "k_diffusion" to "pillow" the described behavior is still the same.

I decided to install it for myself after replacing the video card (before that worked in remote mode, now 5060Ti on 16 Gb) - downloaded the new version of the application, ran it, and a similar problem came out, only with a different unit.
The problem with "enforce versions" is the same, but once started, the app doesn't even respond to the "Update" button, and when trying to run generation it just shows "Working" with zero load GPU or CPU

This is a dependency loop. I will try to fix this, soon I hope.

yea, due to maintainers retroactively altering their old packages. ultralytics seems to no longer accepts the headless opencv version, so its installing the latest main one which overwrites numpy, creating a loop.

99349bc switches to non-headless opencv, may fix it.

The dgenerate-ultralytics-headless package may be of assistance for this issue, although an upgrade to 8.3.x may be needed.
