Three recipes who's output item reports invalid

• 7019 - Satchel of Apothecary's Prowler Armor; this is the fine rarity version
• 7020 - Satchel of Apothecary's Prowler Armor; this is the masterwork rarity version

• https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/items?ids=39425&lang=en reports, "all ids provided are invalid". This id is also not listed in the paged item output.
