Problem On X button background on non standard windows theme (simple color)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use a non standard windows theme with only one background color theme

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Is possible to specify (also with a regkey) the background color of the X
button (also when is not visible)

Check the attached images to understand what I'm saying 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using version 0.9.11 on Win Mobile 6.1 (Samsung I900 Omnia)

Please provide any additional information below.

registry: HKCU\Software\DaProfik\tMan and create a value named
OldStyleBkgnd [DWORD] and set it to 1

that doesnt work, the background goes black.
