Setup automatic email error and customize the content

Hello,

As admin sys it's nice to receive email when user trigger 500 error. Especially during the test session with users.

In email subject and content, Iexpect to have:

• Platform name
• Username triggering the error
• Stack trace
• Parameters sent
• Datetime
