`header-generator` uses deprecated dependency `lodash.equal` (via `ow`)

header-generator has the dependency lodash.equal (via ow), which is deprecated.

ow removed this dependency in PR sindresorhus/ow#250. So the ow dependency needs to be updated.

Motivation
Ensure that there are no deprecated dependencies in projects that use Fingerprint Suite.

Hello, and thank you for your interest in this project.

header-generator depends on ow@^0.28.1, which is the last version that supports Node 16 and is not ESM-only. Unfortunately, the 0.28 branch never got the lodash dependency removal.

We might consider dropping ow altogether in favor of a different validation library (or explicit validation checks).
