Add dashboards, reports and data wizards OSI specification

BACKGROUND:
After 20+ years in the BI industry, I've observed that all BI tools build dashboards, report or data wizards for excel export :-). The user experience & navigation is very similar across platforms, but the underlying implementations are completely different.
To use a car industry analogy: it's much easier to harmonize the cockpit (dashboard) than what’s going on under the hood.

PROPOSAL:
I suggest that we add dashboards, reports and data wizards definitions to the OSI standard. They aren't part of the semantic layer itself but represent ready-to-consume data products for both humans and AI agents. I've attached an OSI-YAML Schema definition for dashboars and feedback discussions are very appreciated.

BENEFITS:

• AI agents can discover and consume existing, validated dashboards before creating new ones
• Prevents AI from creating nonsensical metric/dimension combinations (data wizards)
• Leverages existing business and data domain knowledge embedded in existing reportings
• Provides vendor-neutral interchange format for ready to consume data products.
• This user friendly data products are easier to standardize as the completely different semantic layers.

Hey @magerdaniel Thanks for the proposal, could you please use this template for the proposal and then post it in all #all-open-semantic-interchange channel of OSI.

That's indeed an interesting proposal.

I will take a deeper look.

I agree with @khush-bhatia that it's a good candidate for a new dedicated working group.
