Training Plugin Issue with Add New User Challenge

Hi, Having an issue with the Training Plugin, Add New User Challenge. I have tried adding a new test user for both the default.yml and local.yml but both do not clear the challenge.

I can even login successfully with the test user in both python server.py & python server.py --insecure

Hoping to get some help/advice.

FYI the values get encrypted everytime I start the server
