SCPN Phase Orchestrator turns phase and coherence observations into reproducible analysis and review-only control proposals. It does not perform live actuation and it does not make medical, safety, or compliance claims.

Start with the README quickstart and include the exact version, command, input provenance, and expected claim boundary when sharing results.

Useful contributions include real-surface tests, adapters, documented datasets, reproducible evidence bundles, and accessible technical communication. Please keep private data, credentials, and sensitive operational details out of public posts.

The public Community & Evidence Roadmap is now live and linked to this repository. It currently routes issues #224–#226 and #231–#234 by Track and Workflow. “Ready” means the public acceptance criteria are defined; “Blocked” remains visible when external state or owner evidence is required. Done requires reproducible proof—moving a card is not a substitute for satisfying its issue.
