Depending on ADC setting in WinSpec, the data file will have the blue wavelengths on the left and red on the right, or vice versa. This is determined by the ADC type (high speed or low noise) as well as on the flip flags.
Add tests with synthetic data, to make sure that things are handled correctly. Additionally test with a calibration file with identified peaks.
Occasionally WinSpec doesn't write the right headers to the SPE file. In this case, issue a warning to the user about this.
