running ffmpeg/etc locally is fine and can stay totally, but elevenlabs as an alternative is also decent for stt and also from my own testing more accurate, esp for long vms and less compute pressure on the railway instance.. but i guess we would need to parse anwyays for ogg conversion unless elevenlabs supports, idk haven't checked need to @wilnavs
