I have the same error after update to version 1.1.23. Previously there were no issues with resolving certificates.

I have the same issue, but I could resolve it easily if I know what domain it's trying to reach! The message does not say. I have to add the domain for the ca-certificates because I am behind a firewall, and I have to deal with certificate substitutions (ZScaler).

后面检查发现是因为： 自定义 provider 的 baseURL 参数没有修改。

On Linux, I resolved this adding these two env variables in my .bashrc file:

export NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED=0
export NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS=/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt

Note: the file ca-certificates.crt does include our company's ZScaler root certificate.
