[FEATURE]: implement a /resume and /pause command

Describe the enhancement you want to request

I would love to see a /resume and /pause command.
I often find myself having to press escape to interupt and then type "resume" for the LLM to resume.
I feel it would be a cleaner experience for the user to have theses commands even if behind the scene it does something very similar.

The first issue (#6653) discusses interrupting and resuming sessions, though it focuses on the error that occurs. The second (#6710) discusses interruption of tool calls via Escape key. Feel free to ignore if your /resume and /pause commands are meant to address different aspects than what those issues cover.

I also want this feature because long running tasks might be interrupted by network failures and after that, I have to /undo the full process the LLM has done.
